CLIMAPAINT SILOXAN is specially designed for the renovation of exterior thermal insulation surfaces. It does not alter the texture of the render, as it does not fill the gaps between granules. The coating structure ensures quick evaporation of moisture from the substrate and creates an effective barrier against both substrate and environmental humidity. The binder used in CLIMAPAINT SILOXAN causes water droplets to form into spheres when wetting the surface. CLIMAPAINT SILOXAN offers high vapor permeability with low water absorption, while also demonstrating increased dirt resistance. It is suitable for use on historically significant buildings and surfaces, restorations, breathable renders, and all surfaces requiring high aesthetic care with long durability. Coated façades can be cleaned using low-pressure washing equipment. Dark colors should only be used on small areas such as architectural details. The paint includes protection against biological contamination such as fungi, mold, and algae, enhancing its resistance to their effects.
